Timing Belt Pulleys
Custom-bore timing belt pulleys in all standard tooth profiles — HTD, GT, MXL through XH.
We machine timing (synchronous) pulleys from solid bar or castings — your bore, your keyway, your tooth profile, your finish. Standard profiles (HTD 3M / 5M / 8M / 14M, MXL, XL, L, H, XH) ship to drawing; custom curvilinear or trapezoidal profiles are quoted from your belt-supplier spec.

Idler pulleys
Smooth-OD or flanged-only, with bearing bores
Timing pulleys live on motor shafts and idler axes in 3D printers, packaging lines, semiconductor robots, and surgical equipment. Mismatched tooth profiles cause belt walking; bore concentricity errors cause belt-tension oscillation that wears the belt prematurely.
We machine every pulley from solid bar or from a casting and hold concentricity between the bore and the pitch diameter to ≤ 0.03 mm. Pulleys come with or without flanges, with custom keyways, set-screw flats, or taper-bushing bores.
For OEMs who change shaft sizes across motor families, we hold the tooth-cut tooling and re-machine the bore — meaning you can re-order the same pulley body with a different bore in 7–10 days.

FAQ
Common questions from engineers buying this product.
Can you copy an obsolete OEM pulley?
Yes — send the worn part. We scan it on the CMM, identify the tooth profile, and build a CAD pack. You get a first article in ~10 working days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One. We routinely make single-unit replacement pulleys for OEMs whose original supplier has discontinued the part.
