Cross-shaft universal joint couplings transmit torque at large working angles and absorb large angular misalignment — a mature, reliable design. SWC-I light and SWC medium solid-yoke series data below; WX mini, WSP telescopic, SWCZ heavy and SWCD short series in the PDF. Use a universal joint coupling when the shafts meet at a large, possibly changing angle — steering, adjusting drives, conveyor and machine drives with large angular misalignment. Choose the light SWC-I or medium SWC series by torque; telescopic (WSP) and mini (WX) versions cover length changes and small drives.
