Flexible Torque Limiter Couplings

The table lists 10 sizes with trip torque from 2.9 to 1080 N·m, bores up to Ø65 mm, maximum speed 3000 rpm. The slip torque is set on the machine within each size's range; other bores and combined sprocket / pulley / coupling versions are made to drawing.

The CTX flexible safety coupling is a torsionally elastic torque limiter — axial plug-in mounting, compensates misalignment, and damps shock and vibration; slip torque adjusts directly on the machine, slipping on overload to protect it. Finished bores toleranced H7 (ISO), keyway width JS9. Torque range 2.9–1080 N·m. The CTX is a torque limiter and a flexible coupling in one: the elastomer element damps shock and compensates misalignment, and the friction clutch slips on overload — set the slip torque on the machine without dismantling. Use it between a motor and a driven shaft where you want both protection and damping in a short axial length.
