The table lists 10 sizes with trip torque from 2.9 to 1080 N·m, bores up to Ø90 mm, maximum speed 1200 rpm. The slip torque is set on the machine within each size's range; other bores and combined sprocket / pulley / coupling versions are made to drawing.

Choose the CTL where a chain drive needs overload protection built into the sprocket itself: on overload the friction plates slip while the shaft keeps its drive, protecting the chain, gearbox and motor — typical on conveyors, packaging lines and machine tools. It tolerates up to 280 °C and comes with spacers of different lengths to suit shaft ends.
